Have been a customer of PK Biryani house brand for over 7 years now and 5 years for this particular branch. I can definitely feel a change in the quality of the food. Earlier I could swear that their mutton was probably one of the best but these days to maintain their margins their portions have become smaller and the quality of pieces is nothing to write about. I mean if I am paying 350 odd bucks for a mutton curry I would want a decent piece or two right? The customer is not paying for bones. If you want then increase your price but don't resort to such cheap antics.

After sending cooking instructions chef made very dirty and pathetic food that I would never have in my life ever again.i mentioned that I want very less oily food but I was opposite to that.it is my advice that if you cannot be able handle your branches then just close them because we don't want to get sick by having your restaurants unhygienic and dirty food. I am not insulting the food,I am telling your way of working that is disappointing people. By your one mistake I won't come to your other branches ever.i have sent the picture of food just have a look I told to make spicy and less oil but as you see in the picture look at the fish and prawns curry also prawns are like I am having some rubber.i did not like it.

Worst experience ever. Staff do not have patience and keep asking to serve even if we ask them to wait. Owner is too rude did not accept zomato gold and asked us to pay full amount. Do not visit karvenagar branch. Food also not worth the money. We ordered sajuk tup dum biryani but it did not taste good.

ordered Panner Biryani 1 kg for guests, very disappointed with the quality of Paneer, it was not fresh and very bad quality, Not acceptable from Biryani Pioneer of Pune like PK.

They Not accept Zomato Gold and they Not give me 10% off on bill. This is very disappointing from Zomato Gold. The food and service is also not good
