"I went to 'P Town' with my friend today, and our experience was extremely poor. When we asked for regular drinking water, they brought us water from the same source used for washing glasses. When we summoned the manager to question this, he claimed, 'We serve this same water to all our guests.' It didn't stop there. When my friend's friend arrived and I told him what happened, the manager (Vineet) called him over and told him to tell us to leave early. The manager clearly lacks the basic discipline and etiquette required to speak with guests."

Worst experience ever. The service here is painfully slow and completely unprofessional. Staff clearly lack basic training especially at the bar. They don’t know how to make even standard cocktails, which is unacceptable for a hotel of any category. Orders take forever, and even after waiting, the result is disappointing. Overall, poor management, poor service, and zero attention to guest experience. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend.

Dal Kichdi was not served with Papad. Chatni was charged with startes. Food menus is very confusing. Food choice are very limited . VAT was unnecessary charged on bill.
