Had French toast, Cafe medici, Creme brulee, Scrambled egg with mushroom.. French toast was perfect, coffee was also very good..Should try sandwiches and pizza as well

We had ordered Greek salad with granola today evening. Clearly requested for very less maple syrup, as we didn't want much sweet. But we got the dish with lot of maple syrup and the resulting sweet taste wasnt palatable. We gave feedback to the manager but he seemed very indifferent. It seemed he wasnt interested to listen. We had come after a long drive and also asked for drinking water several times, but got it at the very end after finishing our meal. This was disappointing and quite unlike our usual good experience at Paul. Hope our feedback is taken well and any instructions for food preparation are carefully followed.

Good food, terrible service! Went there last night and waited for almost an hour after placing an order of a simple salad, sandwich and quiche. We reminded the staff about the order 3 times and only after taking the matter to the manager were we informed that the order could not be fulfilled entirely as the quiche was stale and the sandwich we ordered was given to us in a brioche as they didn’t have the right bread. One and a half hour of us sitting there only to realise that a lot of the other tables had the same issue… is the kitchen understaffed?

The food was fine, the service was very slow. We ordered 2 mains, recieved 1, finished it and waited for 15 minutes for the second one. We had placed an order for both at the same time.

We order a simple hazelnut cappuccino and a blackcurrant honey cake. We’ve had the hazelnut cappuccino multiple times at Paul before, but today it was just one big cup of milk. After requesting them to fix it, check the coffee ratio TWICE, it still was just extremely milky. We literally had to leave it and walk away. The blackcurrant honey cake which was their seasonal special was EXTREMELY dry and a complete disappointment. After taking to the manager about the dry, cold cake all he could say was that this is how the cake is and he could heat it up. After heating it up, the frosting split and the oil started separating 🙄 A total let down with just a simple coffee and cake experience.

Hey all… Im writing a review specific to the Paul at Kopa Mall… Really disturbing visuals to see flies and cockroaches at the display counter at the bakery unit there… Decent low end bakeries are much better at hygiene than this! Paul needs to really improve their hygiene there..

The attitude of the manager Munendra was disappointing. The staff were friendly but the manager clearly does not enjoy guests coming to Paul. Is that the French way?
