I have a home in Koregaon Park, Pune, but I currently live in Dubai and rarely get to visit Pune. Whenever I am in town, I always make it a point to visit PAUL Kiosk Cafe at Kopa Mall. Our server, *Ms. Chemin*, is the main reason I keep coming back. She takes our orders so gracefully and provides truly excellent service. Thanks to her, my family and I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her behaviour and hospitality are simply awesome. Great ambience and lovely service. The restaurant has an open, uncongested layout which gives a very serene and positive vibe. What more could you ask for at PAUL in Kopa Mall! Very good food and prompt service. As recommended, we started with coffee, a chocolate brownie and Tiramisu. We then had the Chicken Pizza with PAUL Chocolate Shake - unique and refreshing - along with Avocado and Hummus Wrap, which was the best recommendation. We had a fantastic dining experience at Paul in Kopa Mall! The food was absolutely delicious, and we were really impressed by the new additions to the bar menu—they are definitely worth trying. A special shout-out to our server, Jitendra Singh, who took excellent care of us. He was incredibly prompt and polite throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for both the food and the service!

The food was really good and the vibe is amazing. must try the tiramisu and the vanilla cheesecake and matcha is must try items. It's really good in dessert. Vishal is really good with service.

food was great, breads were very good and the pizza tasted very nice, breads were fluffy and soft but I felt they were a bit too spongy, but still great. Also some deserts just had a lack of sugar like the blueberry tart just had 0 sugar, didn't taste that good either. great experience though over all.

I came to the Paul Kiosk on Sunday with my friend, and I had my dog with me as well. I ordered an Ice Mocha and a Multigrain Chicken Sandwich for parcel, I only took these two items, but I wanted to order a lot more. The girl at the cashier did not suggest anything. She had no knowledge about the menu at all. She was a new girl at the cash counter, I had never seen her before. She was a little tall and dusky. I am a regular guest, but my experience was very bad this time. I will never come to Paul again.

Pathetic food. Pizza was not well fermented. Chicken in wine sauce was a very average dish. Menu is vast but quality is a big question.
