The food was brilliant and very good value for money. Was lovely meeting the owner Gaurav who was warm and very hospitable, made you feel welcome and the experience was fantastic. Overall, will definitely be back when I'm in the area next to try more dishes.

Paul, a cafe in The Kopa Mall, is far prettier than the one in Paris and Dubai. I have had lunch here twice. Coffees here are well made and served with a chouquette. Both the macchiato and cortado came with a chouquette. On a first visit, I ordered a Jambon Buerre (ham sandwich with butter) which is very French and sold daily in Paris. Anil, the manager, suggested a softer roll which was fine. The ham was domestic and tasted blah. I changed it to a much better tasting fennel and orange salad. Opera cake for dessert. When the manager asked if I wanted a fork and knife - alarm bells rang. For an Opera cake? The cake looked lovely but was hard to cut. These cakes are delicate with lots of flavor. Here there was no chocolate flavor at all. None. Not of Valrhona, Guittard, Callebaut or Cocoa Barry. What was used? The cake was tasteless. On a second visit, I had a Croissant Caprese Sandwich accompanied by a wilted salad which had too.much dressing. Obviously no one is paying attention in the kitchen. A lemon tart for dessert was tasty. The display cases.look attractive. Lots or servers milling about but it takes quite a while to get one's order. Having American mustard bottles.on the table is puzzling. What about Grey Poupon or Maille? More French n'est-ce pas?

Great food, especially their bakery products and coffee. We tried the croissant and eclair, both were really nice. Apart from this, we also tried omelette, egg bhurji, pesto pasta, paneer steak, paneer sandwich and mushroom soup, all being good except for the sandwich. Thank you Sahil and team, for the great service. The only complaints of this place would be unavailability of hot chocolate and the mosquitos that are there within the restaurant in a mall.

I’ve been visiting Paul’s since 2015. Uncle at the reception has always been the heart of this place, greeting everyone with a warm smile and his retro jazz playlist in the background. It’s a cozy little spot tucked away in a calm lane, with only four tables, so waiting is common on busy days. Their tandoori has always been my favorite, but my recent visit was disappointing. The tandoori was very dry, and the pieces were unusually small (almost quail-sized). Uncle wasn’t around this time. I think his son was managing the counter and payments. Unfortunately, his attitude was nothing like Uncle’s. When we politely mentioned that the fried noodles were mixed into the Manchow soup instead of being served separately, his response was arrogant and dismissive. My father, a senior citizen, spoke very kindly, yet the reply we got was, “If you’ve been coming for years, you should know this or tell it in advance before ordering.” I mean, how would we know you’d suddenly start doing that? The waiting staff, though polite, seemed nervous; probably because of how he runs things. When we asked for extra onions or lemon, they looked hesitant, like it was too much to ask. For a North Indian restaurant, onions should be served generously. Even if you charge for them, don’t make customers feel awkward asking. The portion sizes have also reduced a lot. If you’re a foodie, expect to order double. On a positive note, they still serve good ardy drinks in different flavors if that’s your thing. Still, I want to thank Uncle for all the warmth and kindness he’s shown over the years. His genuine hospitality is what made Paul’s special. I just hope that spirit doesn’t fade away when he’s not around.

My experience at Paul’s was extremely disappointing. After being seated, we were left waiting for 30 minutes before a waiter even approached us to take our order. To make matters worse, we were then told that half the items on the menu were unavailable. The lack of service, coupled with the limited food options, made the entire visit frustrating and a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.

We ordered coffee and the waiter served us coffee that he by mistake served to someone else in front of me and then just covered it with some coffee dust and gave it to us. They off course changed the coffee after we refused to drink it. The portion size of hot chocolate was also very less as compared to the size of the cup.
