The staff was really rude and impolite and needs to learn how to be more hospitable towards it's guests. Other than that it's a really good place but need to improve their way of service

We booked table for 2 on Sunday night around 11pm from Zomato itself. Later when we reached there they asked us for ₹3000/- stating ₹2000 as cover and ₹1000 for entry. The main concern is that they said we don’t accept bookings from ZOMATO and you will be charged according to the walk-in also you have to wait. So if they don’t accept bookings from such platforms then why it is open and accepting the bookings. And top of that when we asked that let us in it’s already late. These guys in rude behaviour said you have to wait otherwise if you have problem raise a complaint on ZOMATO, we cannot do anything it’s not our fault. Like seriously!!!!! Fun fact: That parking guys charge you like anything and top of that don’t give you any ticket or something like that. What’s going on !? Completely annoying😡😤

pathetic food, sad music, we booked via Zomato and paid 25 per seat for the discount option. they refused to give us that discount and even the table booking. was not refunded by Zomato. why does Zomato allow table booking, when they can't honour it.

Service was horrible. We had to wait 30 mins even for basic drinks. In addition after the server gave a go ahead for a payment through zomato, they did not accept payment through zomato and forced us to pay service charge on top of that.

Horrible food and waiting staff refuses to accept Zomato payment. It feels like Zomato is accepting bookings and giving offers for nothing. They outright refused to even reduce the booking amount that we had paid for the table.

penthouze was pathetic and I will not recommend it to anyone, It was super expensive and poor quality food was served. The drinks and food here are very poor quality and tasteless

As mentioned on Zomato the place denied to accept the booking and 15% discount on bill later they added 3k apx as services/VAT/Taxes

very very costly, waterbottle cost is Rs. 100/- additional service charges also needed to pay. not so good food quality.
