Pimlico was nice — the only thing is you might get disturbed by the horns and traffic if you sit in the open area. Otherwise, I don’t even need to say much, you can already see from the pictures I uploaded...

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at your Kothrud outlet was so terrible that it absolutely warrants one. From the moment I entered, everything felt off. The ambiance was dull, the place wasn’t clean, and there was a total lack of hospitality. I expected a pleasant dining experience but was instead met with disappointment on every front. The food quality was shockingly poor — it was tasteless, stale, and nowhere near the standard I’ve experienced at other branches. It felt like zero care was put into preparation or presentation. What made things worse was the behavior of the staff. They were completely indifferent, rude at times, and clearly not trained to handle even the basic courtesy expected in hospitality. No smile, no help, no sense of customer service. It was as if we were doing them a favor by being there. I have visited the KP Pimplico outlet before, and the difference is night and day. The staff there is attentive, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the entire atmosphere feels welcoming. In comparison, the Kothrud outlet is a disaster. Honestly, it’s the worst place I have ever been to in terms of both food and service. I strongly suggest others avoid the Kothrud outlet completely and choose the KP Pimplico location instead. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on major improvements — because as it stands, this place is an embarrassment to your brand.

Food is bland. Place is dusty. Tiramisu Latte and Vanila frappe are good. We ordered Frusted Pizza and Chilly cheese fries too which lacked salt and seasoning.
