We visited for a family dinner. It was going to be starters heavy. We ordered a khakra khandvi humus - the khakra was stale and portion size too small. Loaded nachos - the cheese and toppings were sweetish for our palate and again nachos were not crisp. We ordered another starter where salt and seasonings were totalling missing. Pasta and sushi tasted good. Ambiance was cool and pleasant

the glasses in which alcohol was served were apparently classic glasses which broke in our hand, 2 glasses broke just like that. they compensated only one of our drink. please ensure they serve u in strong glasses

I have Given it 2 star's only for food the Quantity of food were to less and price were too costly in restaurant and about Ambience of pimplo is 10 on 10 this cafe is specially recommended for Couples

The food quality has changed since the renovation. Our pizza was burnt and had a whole burn taste. Nachos was also avg.

The ambience is nice. However, Pimlico also has those tall chairs where, a human's legs detach from the ground and sometimes someone has to push you in order to be closer to the table. This arrangement works well at the bar counter but not perhaps when people would simply like to lay back and sit comfortably and occasionally would like to feel free in order to move or get up from the chair and so on. So, I didn't prefer those chairs and I had my eyes on an area where they had some nice chairs. There was one with a seating of 4, but unfortunately I was there only with my one childhood friend, and I was thrice refused to sit there despite my repeated requests on sitting there. I was told that there would be parties that would eventually/maybe show up with a group of 4 or so, and then that would not be feasible. And I do understand, and I would have understood it firmly back then, but its also I have to make a note that even though we were not allowed, couples were allowed to sit there!!! What I mean is one couple sit on a table of four, so that they get to experience the proximity of sitting next to each other, whilst I who clearly had earlier expressed a desire of ergonomic inconvenience was shunned down. I ate my food and gulped my drinks in peace but I am compelled to write this message here, as there should be a worth in the words of what are said and to always try to give the best to your guest who just wishes to have a good chair and ofcourse good food, the latter which was undoubtedly there :))

Food: The mocktails we ordered were nothing but sour, Fries had no salt in it, pasta was all soggy, and the pizza base was burnt. Service: I booked a table for me and my friend via zomato bcz it has some 20-30% off despite that I have to pay the complete amount and didn't get any discount and when asked they told you have to pay full amount only as our zomato is not working. believe me it was the most pathetic experience I had, never going to visit here again.

Please don't go here They first say that they have district table booking after having lunch or dinner when the billing time they say they don't accept district Billing, I lost my 100 rs and didn't get any discount used pg district.

The old person at the reservations was not at all hospitable. He made my friends uncomfortable keep on staring at them.
