Food and service needs to be improved. Chicken malai tikka, stuffed kulcha and Pindi chhole was good(4 star). Tandoori chicken Biryani was not authentic. It was like fried rice, chicken pieces were so hard. They were not looking fresh (2 star). Service was too slow. Moreover they applied packing charges on leftovers for just 1 small box which I never saw anywhere.

we have to call waiter multiple times to give order then he was available. Kalimirch roti was not at all expected would be like only having kali mirch on that. very disappointing food and service.

I recently visited Pind Punjab with my family for dinner. While the overall ambiance and service were satisfactory, I was quite disappointed with the food quality. We ordered two different non-vegetarian dishes — Murg Mussalam (Boneless) and Hyderabadi Handi (Boneless) — expecting distinct flavors as they are listed as separate main course items. However, both dishes tasted almost identical, with the same gravy and flavor profile. When we raised this concern with the staff, we were informed that the gravy used for both dishes is the same. This was unexpected and disappointing, as customers usually expect unique taste and preparation for different menu items, especially when they are priced separately. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the authenticity and differentiation of their dishes, so customers can enjoy a better dining experience in the future.

They denied service on the food I wanted. they told if you order thali this offer won't be applicable for you.. The food I wanted to order I could not order.. this was a disappointment for me.

Food quality was good, but the service was extremely poor. With only one manager and one server, the place was clearly understaffed. Online orders were being prioritized, while dine-in customers were left waiting. Many parcels were sitting at the counter unattended, and almost every customer had to wait over 45 minutes for their order. Will not suggest dinning option, don't waste your time and also don't spoil your dine-in.

We visited for the first time. The curd was extremely sour as if 1 week old. while having dinner, fly landed in the food which spoiled the whole expierence. This was first and last visit for us.

I ordered sarso ka saag it was too salty then in requested to change it they took it back added lot of oil and served us again which was again not very good as I have been there earlier also.

Preference given to online orders. Due to this for people came for dining has to wait for long after giving order
