Very disappointing experience at Pind Punjab. My sister visited for dinner yesterday, and the service was extremely poor. A staff member named Manoj behaved very arrogantly and was outright rude with our family. He didn’t take the order properly, and after taking it once, he refused to take any additional order, saying he wouldn’t take it again. While we understand that the closing time is 11:30 PM, this could have been communicated politely. Instead, his tone and attitude were completely unacceptable and disrespectful. To make things worse, one of my sister’s friends even went to the main counter to report this behavior, but there was no proper response or resolution from the staff there either. Hospitality is about making customers feel comfortable, but this was the exact opposite. The service was unprofessional, and such behavior really ruins the overall dining experience. Definitely not recommending this place based on the service we received.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but the service at this outlet is unacceptable. The Food: The Hara Bhara Kebab was overcooked and hard to chew. The Mix Veg had zero seasoning. The Service: When we pointed out the lack of salt in the main course, the waiter (Manoj) literally told us to fix it ourselves with the salt shaker on the table. The Attitude: The worst part was being told "I’ve told you to order once" when we wanted to add a Biryani to our meal. Since when are guests prohibited from ordering more food? Highly disappointed with Manoj’s behavior and the kitchen’s lack of quality control.

The food and service were absolutely pathetic, and the attitude was unbelievably arrogant. If only you put half that attitude into improving your food and service, you might actually be worth visiting. You completely ruined our day—definitely not recommended.

The taste was not good, there was not a good blend of spices. Both curries had almost the same taste even though one was paneer and the other was non veg. Too much disappointed with the main course.
