The best pizza I have ever had! The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Nice place, friendly staff. Might be surprised with the sitting space, but don't let that worry you about the quality. Typical Pizza Hut outlet in a nice location in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Do visit once.

I ordered a chicken supreme medium size pan pizza it was good. But alongside I had ordered cheese garlic bread which had barely any cheese or garlic powder. It was pathetic also the representative wasn’t prompt at the service. Cheese momos were 5/10. The authenticity and standard of Pizza Hut at least of this branch is went down drastically. Doesn’t seem it like to be one of worlds leading food chain brand. It wasn’t a good experience at all. Terrible !!! Never I’ll recommend to visit kalyani nagar branch Pizza Hut. Poor hospitality.

Had a really bad experience at Pizza Hut, Kalyani Nagar. They served an undercooked (kaccha) pizza, and when I pointed it out, they said they would just reheat it and give it back. After reheating, the pizza was completely burnt (jala hua). When I informed them again, instead of handling it politely, the staff accused me of doing it purposefully to get a free pizza! The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude in their behavior. Attaching pictures for reference. Would never recommend this outlet — very disappointing experience.

the pizza quality was good but the size was not at all satisfactory as I call store manager of fatima nagar his name is ASHOKE SHINDE he told me to visit store and compare if size is not if it is not he will give anoter pizza why would I come if I have to order it from zomato rubbish. escalate this and tell him to be customer friendly

Would give 0 stars if I had the option to do that. Worst service. They send wrong items and overcharge and don’t even receive calls to address the issue. Dominos service is 100 times better.

Worst taste ever it was a tasteless..i literally throwed everything in dustbin..just had a bite of pizza n my stomach started paining badly
