Enjoyed pizzas with friends at nibm pizza Hut store, it was delicious especially ultimate cheese crust pizza of veggies supreme, mazedaar makhni paneer and beverages like masala pop, masala lemonade. Fast service, accomodating staff and delicious pizzas 🤤

Pathetic Experience.... Today I visited on 31st Dec 2025 around 4.30.. We ordered a Menu for 2 which includes Pan pizza, 2 drinks, 1 Appetizer n 1 choco cake.. The table was so dirty n sticky that my friend cleaned it with a tissue, then the chilli flakes bottle was very oily n all ketchup was literally dried up on that bottle.. the glass was kept on the table was also dirty.. so first she served us a cheese garlic bread n the plate was so sticky n dirty, upon showing the staff she said she will get it changed and got it in a steel basket which again was sticky as if all these crockery's are never washed. Then I spoke to the store manager n her attitude was so casual n her answer was like ok dekhti hu.. I mean if you can't handle it pls shut the store rather than serving food on such dirty plates.. The pizza which we ordered more than chicken was full of onions n tomatoes n that too such big pieces.. later staff informs about the drinks that are not available which we asked for so she served us coke.. n then last she forgot about the cake n again we had to ask her for that.. I mean what kind of service is this.. Pathetic Experience n Staff full of attitude n arrogance.. Will never visit this place again

Do read this before u visit !!!!! We came here with the kids today and had the worst ever experience We literally had to beg the staff to take our order as they were busy into something The table next to us was also having issue and fighting over certain issue Our child just went to ask the time required for the order but the staff was so rude that they literally shouted at her The French fries given was so salty and tasteless and also the Pepsi was just like water with sugar We are a regular visitor of Pizza Hut but this was the worst experience we ever had Also they took the payment and forgot to give the change on top of this they were arguing over the same and took almost 20 mins to give the change Pizza Hut needs to seriously look at the service and staff and also the food quality at their outlets Very upset with the service and food today

worst experience. the staff was very rude .They didn't get our order rightly and even . the manager had a attitude issue and was very cold . I think Domino's is much better
