Stàff issue.. Availability of material issue..whenever I visited PH(kalyani ngr, viman ngr, camp, jm rd etc) a bottle of ketchup n seasonings were always present on every table.. Dont know if PH policies have changed after lckdown.. Bt there was no ketchup bottle instead the lady at counter said we keep ketchup sachets which are chargeable n even sachets were out of stock.. So no ketchup with garlic breads. Mushroom topping was missing on country feast pizza.. Also spiced paneer pizza was served instead of veggie feast.. Overall had bad xprnce(only at this outlet) of PH.

Worst service ever !!! They are worst don’t ever Order from this store ! They always give excuses for there bad service . They never send oregano or chilli flex with pizza ! Today after 1 hour they canceled my order saying it can’t be completed wow !!! This is worst service try not to get into there trap . This store is spoiling the name of Pizza Hut .

Worst pizza ever. I ordered tandoori paneer and veggie pizza and it was just thick bread slathered with chewy cheese and minimal veggies. Also they no pizza sauce on the bread. Felt like I was eating cardboard. Really horrible.

Do not order, do not eat in this store. It’s very pathetic pizza was smelling like something is rotten inside it, very bad odour. Not recommend waste of health and money. Staff is very rude.
