We are at Glitz on 31st evening. We had pre booked the table through district and were seated prior to our entry time. The food, ambience and crowd was good. There was live music too. Additionally I was amazed by the service today. Considering 31st evening we had no hopes of good service but these to servers ( Ritesh and Shankar) proved me wrong. They were there whenever we were ready to place the order. 5 star for service. Loved our time here.

Had a great time in plunge with office colleagues, it had a feel good vibes. good music, with good food. Overall fantastic.

- Food: 6/10 -> Was okay quantity wise good although the taste could be improved - Service: 4/10 -> The staff member just handed us the bill and was rushing us to pay it and handed our table over to someone else while we reserved the table before them which didn't make any sense and when questioned asked us to pay additional cover charge for ₹10,000 so disappointed with it.. - Music: 6/10 -> The sound was clear but the DJ only played English songs at first and was bad at dropping the beat the tempo was not good enough to get the feets movin was expecting more of a bollywood beat - Ambience - 8/10 -> Overall ambience was good, the dance floor, the lights were good

The place is awesome but the guy in service name Vijay is very rude and unprofessional while talking to customers regarding bills and offers He doesn’t know how to speak with customers Ensure Zomato offers before placing orders Even if you follow basic steps they put blame on you for not paying correctly Even though we paid everything perfectly but the experience was pathetic from the point of view of service given in the end while paying the bill

The management is very bad, we were told that the bollywood night will start by 11 p.m but they didn’t tell us about the salsa event the full club was booked by them and by 12:30 a.m only salsa was playing. Also the it’s pure veg and doesn’t have any continental foods at all. Also the food whatever we ordered the taste was not there pizza was filled with sweet sauce and the tikka doesn’t had the proper marination it was more blant.

My experience was worst with the service Being a costumer it’s my right to not ask for service charges….the manager was rude and abusive ….wont recommend it ….worst restaurant I’ve ever been….when I said I have booking from Zomato then the manager said that we don’t give table here with Zomato u can stand or Rome around ….

One of the worst club in Pune doing fake ads for getting crowd, give misinformation abt the artist, making people wait for the main gig. Rude behaviour if ask abt the artist & lying abt the man event / Artist.

Very poor services, they do not accept the discount offered by District. One way or the other you will end paying the whole amount. Also in terms of crowd and vibe it is dead beat. I will not recommend.
