The service was excellent and the staff's bhaviour was friendly and mannered The special mention to Muhammeerasul and Rishita for their great service and presence and also for giving us a great first experience here The food was fresh and enjoyable

Had a great experience at Della! Ashish V and Saiful at the restaurant were very cordial and always helpful! The music can be improved though

The food was very good but the service was super bad. We were a group of three who had walked in and were told to wait for an hour. Since we were very hungry, we asked for a refund of the cover charges. Lo and behold! We were magically alloted a table!!! However, the manager, the hostess, the waiters - all are completely clueless about the orders, the menu, the culinary combos, and the business of hospitality. They said that iced Americanos could be served but what we got was Nescafe Sunrise stirred in iced water!!!!! For a restaurant that charges more than a 5-star hotel, this is criminal!! We had ordered Malvani cuisine and had asked for rotis. The rotis came in after the main dish that was to be had with rotis was all over! There were different waiters approaching us at different times and each one did not know what the other one had taken down for the order. We even got served food that was meant for another table! Service time is ridiculously long. However, like I said, the food was good, and, the portion sizes were standard for two people. Requesting the management to train their staff and make them aware of the whats and hows of running and working in a restaurant.

we went there with an expectation of a nice candle light dinner and the food was actually quite nice. unfortunately the live music was quite substandard and loud. even after several requests the music only got trashy and loud. we had to leave our dinner in the middle of all this.
