Food taste is very average, doesn't justify the price. Ambience is good, that's it. They take service charge but don't even provide finger bowl to rinse hands. They ask to go to washroom for that 🙄 I mean a place of such high rates and charging SC 7.5% is not expected to do that.

The service is horrible and pathetic. Also the open space has no coolers and lot of mosquitos. The chicken tasted good but took an hour after the order

Don’t decide to go here checking just ambience. It is good no doubt. But the service - FLOP SHOW. They do not even have enough staff. I ordered something, the served something else. The waiter and the manager are repeatedly asking - “ sir what was your order?” And still made mistakes. Moreover they do not even know the table numbers properly. I ordered manchurian and cheese balls. Order arrived, but I was not sure how to have it, bcz there were no plates, no spoons or fork on table. For that, I have to go twice to the manager and still they were not listening. No onions/salad server. No salt and pepper bottle on table. JUST TABLE AND CHAIR ! Coming to food, pathetic. I don’t know cooking, but I guarantee, I will make better food than these guys. The price you are seeing in zomato is totally wrong. They change the price as per their need. I have paid 30% more price here than listed in zomato menu. Sitting arrangement: very narrow - you can’t even enter to sit on the chair. If you wanna spoil your mood go happily.

The food was terrible, nothing was fresh, drinks were average. we had a terrible experience. There was no management. Cat was eating food from the plate of the table beside us when the guests went to the washroom. The staff was not even bothered. The price was unreasonable for the food and drinks. They have separate prices for lounge and garden area but the waiter had no knowledge on that.
