I recently visited Pret a Manger and had a truly pleasant experience. The space immediately felt fresh and welcoming — bright lighting, spotless tables, and a relaxed ambience that’s perfect for a quick dinner or a casual catch-up with friends. It definitely reflects the brand’s London-inspired quality and standards. We tried the chicken baguette pizza, chicken celery soup, cold coffee, and their best-selling dark chocolate cookie. The baguette pizza was fresh and well balanced in flavour, and the ingredients tasted wholesome rather than overly processed — staying true to Pret’s reputation for simple, high-quality food. The soup was comforting, the cold coffee refreshing, and the dark chocolate cookie was indulgent and absolutely worth the hype. The service was quick and efficient. Nidhi greeted us warmly and ensured our order was ready within minutes — perfect when you’re short on time. Overall, Pret a Manger offers consistent quality and excellent customer service. We’d happily return for another quick and satisfying meal.

Fantastic place! The food quality is excellent, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Their coffee is brewed to perfection — rich aroma and great flavor. The service is quick and very professional. The cozy ambiance makes it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

horrible place. pathetic service. made us wait for 40 mins for 2 sandwiches and then forgot what our order actually was. staff was disinterested in serving any food. they should close this place down. and mind you this experience was at 6 pm , half the items on their menu was unavailable. there were barely 5-6 tables occupied and this was the service we received.

Extremely bad experience! Had to wait for my order for 1.5 hours….totally unacceptable! Very unprofessional staff as they don’t properly update on the order status..! Never going to be on my list of to-be places for a good coffee!

The staff was arrogant and they didn't take the sealed water bottle and we were charged for it. I recommend not to go! Food was bad
