Apple Jalousie is a must-try muffin from the menu here. Loved PBC frappe a lot. Also liked the ambience and service. I recommend this place to every coffee lover.

My go-to-place!! Just a perfect place for quick nibbles. You must try their Pastries and Sandwiches. The menu is limited. So whenever you’re planning to visit Pavilion/ Marriott- Do try their Pastries!!!

I ordered for a birthday cake to be home delivered, however, the experience wasn’t really satisfying. The staff member who was handling my request seemed least interested and fed up with my request. I got a very cold response from the staff member saying that I told you already we don’t do anything fancy and that the card will simply be in a JW envelope when I had just requested to send me a picture of the card and the cake as I wanted to make sure it looks perfect. Also, I had requested specially that the delivery has to go anonymous but neither was this request of mine taken care of. I am really disappointed with the service.

I ordered a hot chocolate and asked them to make it customize it . I was disappointed by the hot chocolate received . Overall it felt overpriced . I think the cafes in the food court are more value for money than this place .

this is not a review for food but rather regrading false promise to the customers. I went to pune baking company, pavillion mall and they denied to accept payment via zomato saying that only the hotel branch had tieup. but zomato dining shows both PBC outlets in zomato dining. I had zomato coupons that could give me discount if I paid through zomato and I was thinking of having good meal with my wife at the location but when i heard that they are not accepting zomato payment, I was forced to order just 1 dish. it was a huge embarassment for me. calling zomato executives gave only pre fabricated responses and said that the restaurant is not a gold partner and hence can deny payment via zomato but it's not written anywhere in the terms and conditions section. you will have nowhere to go

Not sure if the management even looks at the reviews stated in Zomato because they should know that the staff here are very incompetent and lacks the knowledge to even put a piece of cake inside the box! 📦 Super slow with their work and definitely needs more training to deliver! Gutted with the experience! 10-14 years back this place was simply amazing which has actually gone down in my opinion! Never ever coming back?

Awful service. Coffee was scolding hot and burnt my mouth inside. Coffee cannot be this hot. No one. And I anything in India regarding suing someone but I just want people to know . Awful people

The blubbery cheesecake that I ordered was super dry and crumbly. Not worth money, there’s literally no blueberry sauce on it. Wasn’t even sweet
