I visited Punjab Grill at Phoenix Mall on 25th December and ordered Laal Maas (mutton preparation). I had very high expectations considering the reputation and pricing of the restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The mutton had a bad smell, as if prepared in used or stale oil, and it was not edible. After I complained, the manager replaced the dish, but the second serving was also unsatisfactory, with an unpleasant masala taste. At that point, I felt uncomfortable continuing to complain and decided to stop eating altogether. It was very upsetting to pay such a high amount and be served poor-quality food, especially on a special day. The experience completely spoiled my mood. I request the restaurant owners and management to take better care of their recipes, ingredients, and quality control, so customers do not have to face such situations in the future.
