Service is very poor. Food is ok , avoid Chinese Their Indian food was good. Service is pathetic the captain didn't had clue , I think he was high on something. One Northeast Indian girl was their was steward and she had to intervene and get order corrected. He forgot to place 1 of our order so the experience overall was not great

The beer was a bit watery, but the ambiance was nice. The service was great—the waiters were very attentive. There weren't many people in the restaurant, likely because we went early. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor, and when we raised our concerns, no one seemed to take the complaint seriously. The management response was equally disappointing. Mr. Prashant Saval was not willing to properly understand or address our concerns. The overall service, food quality, and behaviour of the staff were far below expectations. We expected much better service, but unfortunately, the experience was completely disappointing. I would strongly suggest that the management take customer complaints more seriously and work on improving both food quality and staff behaviour.

Menu mentions Craft beers, Restaurant does not have it. menu mentions beer on tap, restaurant opens 650 ml bottles of beer and puts it in tower/ pitcher. when you ask them to buy a 650 ml bottle, they say they cannot sell it. completely overpriced menu to justify 50% discount. INR 595 for peanuts. seriously? Staff is terribly misinformed. menu mentions kung pao chicken with fried cashews. i asked for extra cashews, the whole portion had exact 4.5 pieces of HALF cashews that too raw. they should not run the restaurant like this, or atleast not promise what they cannot deliver.

Foor was not good.. We visited this restaurant yesterday and were extremely disappointed. The service was very slow, our orders had to be repeated 5–7 times, and the manager was not supportive at all. There was no network, so even checking the menu was difficult. Also, paying ₹400+ as a convenience fee for a “60% discount” makes no sense when the restaurant itself offers around 50% off. Overall, the experience and the money spent were a complete waste. Very disappointing experience through the Bistro app.

Firstly, I was told about the 60% discount. And suddenly during checkout I see a 200rs. Convenience fee??? This is unfair
