just now New I want to give minus rating to this hotel but there is no option available and never will recommend anyone, even if there is shortage of LPG and this is the last option remain in Pune to eat. Please cook at home and be safe. 1) Food was not fresh at all ,Starter , paav bhaji and even extra jodi paav came all in cold state. 2) Service was very very slow. Hume bina plate , spoon and pani ke pehle hi starter lake rakh diya tha which is very genius. We order starter and it came very late , we didn’t said anything but they did not gave us plates or spoons for like 15-20 mins. After reminding waiter for 5 times finally we got plates and spoons… till this time our starter was literally cold(let me remind you it came already cold , so they were not bother to serve also) Ok then even didn’t gave chutney to eat with starter, got once we remined. Same with drinking water🙃 3) Staff behaviour- Very Rude Mr. vishal who was attending us was not even bother to listen to our complaint when we showed our disappointment/ dissatisfaction with the food and service. He said ok and He just went to another table and started taking order. And when I asked him please put less butter on paav. He replied to me “Everyone is busy in kitchen, it is not possible”. Mean ye baat sunke toh aap samjh hi jao simple paav bhi ye log fresh nahi de rahe hai aapko. Also please read other reviews where there is a mention of rats roaming around in the hotel. Please choose your hotel mindfully.

Visited on a weekday, hoping for a decent meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable. Several items on the menu were unavailable, and for the ones that were available, the wait time was a frustrating 20–25 minutes—and this wasn’t even during peak weekend hours. What baffled me even more was the attitude of the staff. The servers kept pushing us to order dishes they recommended, and if we insisted on ordering something else, it either took forever or was bland and poorly prepared. A clear example: the Paneer Kalimirch was absolutely substandard. They claim to be a family restaurant, yet shockingly, they don’t even have a high chair for infants! To add to it all, the seating is incredibly cramped, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unenjoyable. Honestly, they should consider shutting the place down if they can’t manage the basics.

One place to avoid.. had a terrible and extremely pathetic experience. never ever coming here. we had to wait for 1 hour to get the seat and Post getting the seat, additional 20 minutes for captain to take order and order arrived after another 25 minutes.. ONE WORD : PATHETIC. I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND WHY SO MUCH HUPE FOR SUCH AVERAGE FOOD.. WE WERE 15 MEMEBERS THIS WAS THE LEAST THAT IS EXPECTED FROM A DECENT RESTAURANT.

Bad Experience 😞 Avoid this place always. Especially when you are hungry. I have been to this place, I am upset with the services. My wait time was approximately an hour after 30 minutes of waiting.

We went to have Morning Breakfast Buffet on Sunday 1st Sep with 15 Ladies. However, the place was very poorly managed. People were just waiting for food with so long line. Table's were uncleaned.

The worst taste ever! once ordered malai kofta. it was a bland white paste with a chunky tasteless kofta. Even ordered a paneer main course in orange gravy, too tasteless.

We ordered simple dal chaval. Even that took them forever. The taste was pathetic. And please do not even think about going to their washrooms. You will get nausea

Pathetic Experience of having a South Indian breakfast. It took them 1 hour to provide me a dosa and medu wada. Don't even think of this place if you are hungry

Food quality is deteriorating every day, always in hurry to serve food.. burnt gulab jamun… RK has lost its lustre .. very disappointing
