One of the best Authentic Maharashtrian Thali. Food is really tasty and great. Worth visiting once with family. I have tried many thalis in pune, it's one of best amongst others. Some problems are with parking but as it's in main city, one can understand.

We used to explore authentic maharashtrian cuisine on sankashti chaturthi dinner, so for last chaturthi of 2022, we chose rasoi. We went there by 7pm and they used to start at 7:30 pm but they asked us to grab the table and settle by 7:15pm. BTW, they have ample space for waiting area and surprising part is they had vallet parking available. (I know this is hard to believe for restaurant in shanivar peth). They had authenticated maharashtrian menu like - puri, chapati, bharli vanga rassa bhaji, alu patalbhaji, aamti, batata suki bhaji, birda usal, dahiwada, masalebhat, sadha bhat along with papad, bhaji, chutney, koshimbir, loncha, limbu. Puri was super hot and comparatively less oily. Bharli vangi was amazing. Alu patal bhaji and birda usal were sweet but was ok. Dahiwada was yumm but tastiest was the batata sukhi bhaji. Masalebhat with tup was the shows topper. Overall we liked the food. They didn't have any sweet included in thali so we ordered gulabjamun and basundi out of available sweet dishes in their menu. Both were upto the mark. That was the tastiest, typical maharashtrian menu to satisfy our tastebuds. Recommended!

It's been my childhood favorite dining hall. Best part is you get a parking space which is rare to find in the city. The thali is quite simple Maharashtrian affair. The menu changes daily but the quality is excellent. You can have all the dishes in an unlimited way , be it any vegetables or bhaji or chapati or puris. The ambience is clean which is very essential these days. The staff is very courteous and kind which is also very rare these days. The price point is also reasonable considering you are offered an unlimited thali. So if you are looking for an authentic Maharashtrian / puneri thali , do not miss this place. p.s do have doubles of the dahi vada! 😋

Supreme Maharashriyan Thali. Great taste not very spicy, and unlimited food all you can eat. You can choose out if 6 to 7 desserts. Like gulabjamun or rasmalai etc. You can try this dining hall for sure. I have been coming here with my family during occasions since I was a kid, so may be I'm fond this place. It's very important to watch the people who serve you as you may end up extra roti, or pakodas in your plate when you were busy talking out eating:). Be aware that you are gonna end up with heavy tummy, with all the food. So choose your day wisely. Service is good OK ambiance Worth trying.

Rasoi dining hall is right next to where I live. So I almost grew up eating at the place, of course a family going place. The ambience doesn't matter as the food is so delicious ( you gotta have a puneri taste bud to appreciate the taste of the food). Perfect Maharashtrian thali with aalo bhaji puran poli shrikhand masale bhat varan bhat and ghee. I'm almost drooling writing this down. Worth a visit if you love Maharashtrian home made food. Oh and speaking of the prices , its so dead cheap that you'd probably end up paying for all the people with you.

I visited this place for first time. The food was very good and simple. Much to the delight of all, there was varieties of maharastrian dishes with great taste. The only problem we faced was card payment was not available otherwise it is worth visiting this place.

Its the very old and welknown place for authentic Maharashtrian Thali. It used to be my most favorite place once upon a time. But now, I really feel that somewhat the "touch" is missing from their thali. Taste is good. Some of the items fom the menu are really amazing. Still I was not satisfied with the thali. However, I do suggest this place who wants to try authentic maharashtrian thali.

Last week we went with our colleagues to grab some good Maharashtrian food and came out with full of disappointment. Food quality was very poor, also not much food variety was there and the service was very slow. The rates are bit high but taste of food is very bad. I think they need to improve the food quality.

Pathetic taste. There are various great thalis in Pune apart from this. Highly overpriced. The funniest thing here is they charge extra for sweets 😂
