Very good pocket friendly restaurant with good quality and tasty food. Staff is supportive. Ambience is also nice. Must visit.

went there for breakfast. We had masala dosa and veg cheese grill sandwich. Both the dishes were good.

Good food but very poor service by the captain. When we ordered for tea to begin with, he curly said, no tea! No explanations whatsoever. Ordered for 2 fresh lime soda but served only one, When asked, he made a face. When we asked for south Indian, a curt NO again in response. Leave everything else aside... when the after- meal mouth-freshener (saunf) was stale and age old. This level of service was contrary to our previous experience where the serving attendants were polite and helpful. The pav bhaji was good. though. The veg Manchurian was a disaster with the Manchurian balls harder than the rock of Gibraltar. The Manchurian rice was made from the remains of some previously- prepared veg Pulao. The attitude was intimidating and like the restaurant was doing its customers a favor! This restaurant is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED for meals. Stick to visiting this place only for breakfast.

मी पावभाजी मागवली होती त्याबरोबर आलेले पाव हे पूर्ण थंड होते परत करून परत गरम मागवावे लागले त्यानंतर पावभाजीच्या डिश बरोबर लिंबू दिलेच नाही जे नंतर लिंबू दिले ते अफगाणिस्तान मधन आणल्यासारखे होते कितीही पडले तरी अर्धा थेंबाच्या वर त्यातनं रसच पडत नव्हता चार चार वेळा पाणी द्या पाणी द्या म्हणल्याशिवाय कोणी लक्ष द्यायला तयार नव्हतं. माझ्या मते इथे काहीही विशेष नाही तरी कृपया जाण्यापूर्वी दहा वेळा विचार करा मूड तर खराब झाला पण फूड कॉलिटी सुद्धा काही बरोबर नव्हती यांचं बिल सुद्धा खूप अति जास्त रेट ने आहे त्यामानाने क्वालिटी अजिबातच नाही

we had arranged a function in Orchid banquet hall of Ratna Hotel for 225 students and staff on 24 th Jan 2025.The payment was nt an issue for us but in return the service provided was of inferior quality. The manager was very arrogant to speak He lacks in good managerial quality. The AC s were purposefully switched off and we had to make several request to start with ACs and other services too.The quality of the food was not upto the mark the dinning arrangement was messy with only one service counter for a strength of 225. students had to wait in que for long time. we received arrogant answers from manager.Wjen request was made to speak with owner he showed his back. I don't recommend this facility for any function.

We went to have lunch here . Ordered Veg bhuna…. They fried a cockroach along with veg bhuna …. Left without eating… looks like serving cockroach is a norm here …. Just read another review where they found a cockroach in the soup

this was the worst experience we had. we had ordered veg manchow soup, and we found a dead cockroach in my child's soup, which was so disappointing. we would never expect such things from such a reputed hotel.

They don't deliver whole food. I ordered gulab jamuns with food, but I didn't get them. Food was average in taste. When I called them, they were rude. I do not recommend the restaurant at all.

I had the pav bhaji. The pav seemed stale and bhaji also. I got food poisoning due to the food here. Very horrible experience, would not recommend anyone.

Very very very spicy food, not edible. Our faces turned red with the amount of spices added to Veg Biryani. Even the raita had green chillies in it.
