Customer service here is horrible because of the manager Sagar. Very rude tone, arrogant attitude, and no professionalism at all. Instead of addressing customer concerns respectfully, he gives insulting replies. Completely ruined the mood.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO OR NEGATIVE RATING TO THIS PLACE Had a bad experience last week .. still, my friend suggested .. lets give it one more last try .. THIS TIME EXPERIENCE WAS WORSTTTTTT VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FOOD IS AWFUL IN TASTE WHATEVER DRINKS I ASKED FOR, WERE NOT AVAILABLE RATES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN THE RATES MENTIONED ON ZOMATO very very very very BAD PLACE TO VISIT .... NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN 🙏

I have ordered veg food which was made very much spicy and the taste was also not good . we had to wait for each dish for 20-25 mins... service was slow, while dinner we had asked 3 times for cutlery on 4th time they have provided. ambiance is good.
