Ambience and service is too good! Staters are yum!! Only in main course the masala in gravy was not a bit raw, other than that everything was good!

Roots 9 has always been our go-to spot but they clearly don't know how to manage crowds on weekends. We went as a family of 6 but the staff had BAD ATTITUDE, CARELESS WAITERS. One waiter brings food, the other one takes his sweet time to come and serve food and the food goes cold. We had cancelled one of the soups and the guy wasn't ready to understand or refund that we hadn't ordered it. We ended up having to pay for it. The food was undoubtedly really good. The food is the only reason we come here but the attitude of the staff today was a real let down today. We will have to reconsider before coming here from the next time

Food taste was satisfactory however service can be improved. We were seated at cabana for lunch. Though restaurant wasn’t busy, servers were really not paying attention. Starter platters and main course dishes were just placed on table. We had to tell each time to serve. Even for clearance we had to call them each time. Advertisement for happy hours was placed at entrance however while ordering we were told they stopped long back..then why to advertise ? Overall ambience is nice. Service needs to be improved. Definitely not worth money spent.

Staff behavior is inappropriate /arrogant. When I walked into restaurant nobody attended me but later on when my family sat in Gazibo suddenly everyone came to us asking us to shift to different table stating Gazibo is only for 8 people (we were 6 in total). Waiters were good in service. Food was satisfactory.

Average food quality. The service is really poor. This definitely cant be a fine dine restaurant which they claim to be. Food is spilled while serving, Most of items are fusion and not authentic, waiters need to called upon searched for serving the food. Uncomfortable sofa seating. Waiters cant even serve or clean the plates due to unusual seating types.
