We ordered veg food, but the taste was not worth the price. The service was very slow and inefficient. We had to ask two or three times even for basic items like a spoon and an empty bowl. The ambience is good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The management and service quality definitely need improvement.

Very bad experience. Highly disappointed.* The food was extremely spicy and not up to the mark. The staff was not at all helpful and no one was ready to acknowledge the issue. I would highly recommend everyone to *cross-check your bill they placed completely wrong orders. I found items worth *₹2000* in my bill that we never ordered. Completely disappointed with the service.

Very cheap vanilla flavoured ice-cream was the only option for free desert and the hotel was very upset to give the discount or any offer. Not Zomato friendly. Don’t recommend to use Zomato booking for Rustic Sand.

The service was very poor. After reaching there i have given order for Angara paneer starter , then i had to wait for around 30 mins to get that order. The service was really very poor.
