We had a wood cutter pizza here which was really good and Rameshwar was serving us and he definitely did a very good job and was very attentive .. gonna revisit soon.

Food options are limited and chef needs to be changed as taste was below par. Drinks were either too sweet or alcohol level was a mismatch to the cocktail

Visited Santorini by Hilton in Hinjewadi with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing. There was no one at the entrance to receive or guide us to the table, which did not create a welcoming first impression. The staff also seemed not very well informed about the menu and service. Coming to the food, especially the veg options, the taste was below average and definitely did not justify the premium pricing. The menu choices were extremely limited, with hardly a couple of options in each category. Overall, it felt like a regular restaurant experience rather than a premium dining place associated with the Hilton brand. To make it worse, the food did not sit well afterwards, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. Considering the prices and brand expectations, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this place based on my visit.

Visited recently and was genuinely disappointed with both the food and service, especially given the Hilton standard I expected. The spritzer arrived without soda — just syrup in a glass. When I asked for ice to fix the temperature, it was brought in a scotch glass with a spoon. At a property like this, ice should come in a bucket with tongs, not served like an afterthought. The pasta was the bigger let down. I specifically asked the waiter before ordering whether it contained mushrooms and was confirmed yes. What arrived had no mushrooms, was underseasoned, and was frankly not enjoyable at all. Small details matter enormously in fine dining and these are not small details — they are basics. The bartender and the server both needed better training and more attention to what the guest is actually asking for. I hope this is taken seriously because the ambience and the property deserve much better execution than what was delivered that evening.

I had booked a table for two at your restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, and I had specifically mentioned this while making the reservation. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not acknowledged by any staff member for nearly 10 minutes. There was no greeting or basic hospitality extended to us. When I finally approached the staff to inquire about my booking, the response was rude and dismissive, and I was told to “sit anywhere” without any effort to check or honor the reservation. Given the lack of courtesy and attention, especially on what was meant to be a special day, I chose to leave the restaurant rather than risk further spoiling the occasion. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your customer service and basic hospitality standards

The food was very mid tasting for its price , it wasnot upto par, also there was water all over the floor due to the rain which wasnt cleaned up and lastly, it was my boyfriends birthday and they didnot offer a complimentary dessert or even anything as a gesture and straight came up and said u can order if u want dessert.
