While the "NewGen" restaurants are moving to newer recipies and costly rates, Sarovar is one gem serving the good old taste we have been enjoying all these decades at affordable prices.

Very good. Good food and surprisingly affordable rates. Parking might be an issue but other than that it's a great place to meet friends or even family

I truly believe this is a must visit place specially for bachelors (incld. Forced 😀) and those who are willing to admire the experience rather than just the ambience. The speciality dish is butter chicken but this time we ordered something new to try and it was chicken Kholapuri. The dish was spicy as the name suggests and honestly too oily but if you want something to wake up your tastes buds then just go for it. I was not planning to post this so didn’t took the picture of the serving so please excuse me. Otherwise the place is vibrant, noisy but comfortable.

Good open place in Pune, decent food, okayish ambiance, slow service. A visit with your friends will definitely gonna make you feel great but it's coz of the environment around and not the place in itself. 4/5 - Area 2/5 - Service 3/5 - Food

Sarovar is our go to place , it serves the best butterchicken my entire family loves it , murg Mussalam prawns too are tasty! The staff is friendly and the restaurant always serves fresh food! One must have Sarovar ‘s butterchicken

Visited Sarovar Restaurant and Bar on the weekend—had to wait for a table as it was very crowded. Tried tandoori chicken, it was super juicy, spicy, and really tasty. Loved it! Also had butter chicken with naan, which was good. Overall nice food, just expect some waiting 👍

Good ambience, polite staff, but the taste of the food leaves much to desire... order just the regular stuff and you will be happy... else you may get a chicken kebab that is sour , salty and dripping in curd that has gone sour. Good booze menu. Very spacious

I had ordered chicken khandeshi but I received veg biryani . I had guest at my place . And it’s a shame if they can’t deliver properly . Utterly disgusting.
