Perfect example of Customer service, we reached after 3.30pm where the staff was just about to sit for their lunch, but we requested and they allowed us to enjoy the best Thali ever with lots of varieties in it. Inspite of delay, they made sure to serve every thing and with every serve they took the name of the dish and explained thoroughly, also with every serve there was a beautiful smile on each server. They may have checked 10 times if we need anything and they said it's their responsibility to serve better. Hats off to each and every person contributing to keep the service intact and allowing us to feel our roots.

Even though the tables are empty they will make you wait… food is good. If you are going for Aamras then think twice. It’s okay and no that great compared with other restaurants/hotels in Pune

Considering the hype I had some expectations that food would be good, however, extremely disappointed by overall taste, except amras nothing tasted how it should, extremely forgetful taste, better to go for standarised brands that offer value for money. Also no proper ventilation made it really hard in summer.

Rude staff, they are behind you to eat as fast as possible and leave as fast as possible. Haven't Seen any other hotel staff shout at customers as they do. Have to ask multiple times to serve. Not recommended for large groups. And please don't get tempted by their aamras. Not worth at all.

Zomato table is not accepted, arrogant staff, had to wait even when booked table in advance also tables were empty. Food was served fast one upon the other so that I stuff my food and leave soon. the food was delicious though.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic customer service during my recent visit. I specifically requested just two pieces of a sweet item to be packed separately, clearly stating I was willing to pay extra for them. The reason was simple and genuine—my child was asleep when we started our dinner, and I wanted to ensure they didn’t miss out. Unfortunately, this simple, reasonable request was either ignored or refused without explanation. For a restaurant that claims to be family-friendly, such a dismissive attitude is unacceptable. A little empathy and flexibility go a long way in hospitality, and sadly, both were lacking here.
