31st food pricing is different from regular pricing mostly dish price is very high and extra charge food quality is ok

Today have visited with family for dinner at Sheetal, 1. Lights were not there so AC were not working 2. Staff shortage was there so tables were not cleaned properly, order taking time was toooo much 3. When asked for Jain food options he was like we don't have much Jain options in veg curries, than anyhow ordered Paneer Tikka Masala medium spicy which was toooo much spicy 4 Dal Fry Jain was without any tadka or any taste it contained only daal with salt and nothing else 5 After all these when I tried to ask snd complaint they said pls talk to the Manager so was super tired complaining for each and everything 6 Finger bowl were with cold water,no lemons, less water...... long long list of unexpected things and first very Horrible Dining Experience with Sheetal plus that guy told me that we don't have much Jain option so I am worried in Past what u actually ordered and ate ????

I had order cottages cheese mushroom starter and they gave me some paneer gravy. When I repotted to zomato. Zomato told “since the items delivered were confirmed to be correct”. That means they are not accepting there fault in front of zomato.unprofessional behaviour.

I recently ordered pasta from this restaurant, it was not even half of that round container, quantity was very less, and taste was too different, it was very sweet in taste, never gonna order the food from the restaurant

Worst Service.......You have to wait half an hour to get your order.....& Still they will behave like they don't care...It's your fault that you are visiting them.
