Food & Service Very good. But in AC the Ambiance is very noisy Becoz of young groups, they are making very noise like college canteen. So Hotel Management Pl work on it.

Very nice and quality food is served here with reasonable rates. The ambience is also very nice, they even have different A.C section.

Good place for pure veg people... for having punjabi , chinese and south indian food.. family place ...usually crowded during peak hours. We veg jain options in pav bhaji which tasted good too. Plain utappam was also good and can be ahared between 2 people...Also tried veg cheese toast sandwich..

Title: Basic Decency Missing – A Shocking Dining Experience We arrived at 2:45 PM and were seated without being told the kitchen closes at 3 PM. At 3:15, staff began rushing us with finger bowls and the bill. While my 5-year-old daughter was still eating, a cleaning staff member even snatched plates from the table. When I objected, the manager arrogantly said: “This is how it is here. It happens everywhere.” He refused to share the owner’s contact, claiming the owner instructed them to operate this way. If true, the problem starts right at the top. This is not about closing time — it’s about basic human decency. No child, no customer deserves to be treated like an inconvenience. I’ve been a loyal guest, but this disgraceful experience has not just cost you a customer — it has cost you credibility. Fix your culture, train your staff, and start treating people with respect.

Today we have ordered the food on occasion of Bhaubij. we ordered cheese pakoda, cutlet and laccha paratha. the cheese pakoda was merely costly have worst taste and cheese of low quality. the paratha was swaggy and cutlet was also not worth to order. the food spoil the festive family lunch.. we visited to the hotel so show the food but they refused to accept the complaint and not even regret about their poor quality food. I will not recommend such unprofessional restaurant. the other restaurant atleast shows courtesy to attend the complaint.

The parcel came from within 25 mins. In all likeliness, they just added some water to Tomato Puree, added about 6-7 teaspoons of sugar. Then shifted the contents into a plastic packet that looks like relief aid dropped from planes. And the soup was more ORS, less tomato soup. Oh and no corn at all in the soup. Terrible shame for a place that charges 200rs for a Tomato Cream.

We ordered Dal Makhani. It was extremely oily and tasteless making it the worst Dal Makhani I have ever tasted so far. It was so bad that potentially only Sheetal can break their own record of being this bad if I decide to still order it the next time. (Possibility of which is negligible though!). My advice: never ever order this thing from Sheetal.
