shisha jazz cafe never ceases to amaze me. despite multiple visits, each visit stands out. the cafe brings up amazing band performances every time. I experienced fusion jazz, fusion classical and ABBA tribute, each one was enthralling. there is an entry charge but it does well to maintain the sanctity of the place - the cafe is a place to go to no matter whether you are alone or a couple or colleagues or family. you are bound to have a memorable evening. good food here is just an icing on the cake. the servers are in no rush to get orders and the customer motivation is superbly clear; the soak in the lovely dimly lit musical evenings - you received all the space, courtesy and great food. in love with the place.

Such a delightful experience! The staff made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality. The ambience is absolutely stunning — cozy yet vibrant, perfect for a great evening. And the food? Honestly, every bite was a burst of flavour — so delicious that we couldn’t stop ourselves from ordering more. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

We travelled to Pune to attend a wedding, and we were searching for a good ambience and good food type places. When we came across this place on Zomato. The place has a very nice ambience. Even though there was no AC the place having so many plants had a cool environment. Now in terms of food. The food was not that great, It was okay. The only dish we ordered was Chicken Tikka Biryani which was amazing. That's it.

Went here to enjoy live music but to our disappointment, they don’t play live music on Sunday! About food- tried peri peri fries, they tasted stale and just re-fried bad texture. Kabab were bland. Drinks just ok. Overall, without live jazz music, no point in going.

Had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at Shisha. Entry Scam – Booked via the District app where no mention was made of compulsory charges. On arrival, they demanded ₹300 per person for live music (which we never wanted). After confrontation, they reduced it to ₹200 per head but still forced us to pay just to enter. Food Issue – We clearly told the waiter at least three times that we are pure vegetarians. In spite of this, they served us non-veg food. Insensitive Management – When I highlighted this to the manager, instead of apologising, he said I should have checked before eating. This was completely unacceptable. Dinner Ruined – My wife and daughter did not eat anything after this mistake, while only I and my son had some starters. We left the restaurant deeply upset, and my family had to go without dinner that night. Lack of Basic Courtesy – Though they charged us only for what was consumed, the fact remains that due to their blunder, our family’s evening was ruined. As a gesture of goodwill, the starters should have been on the house – but no such courtesy was extended. 👉 Overall, a horrible experience. Careless service, poor management, and no respect for customers’ trust or sentiments. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

We had a very disappointing experience here. Upon arrival, we were informed that there is a compulsory ₹300 charge per person for the musical night — something we were neither informed about in advance nor interested in. After traveling all the way, this came as an unpleasant surprise. The owner/manager (an elderly man at the venue) was extremely arrogant and unwilling to accommodate. Instead of handling the situation politely, he raised his voice and spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience and I do not recommend visiting this place.
