Shivar Garden is an absolutely fantastic place! The vibe here is spot on—great ambience and the music playlist was perfect, lively enough to enjoy but not so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation. ​The food was delicious, but what truly set this place apart was the hospitality. A huge shoutout to Captain Raj who took excellent care of our table. He was attentive, polite, and made sure our special requests were handled perfectly without any fuss. ​Parking was hassle-free, which is a huge plus in this area. Overall, the staff service was top-notch. Highly recommended for a chill evening out!

Actully they dont deserve 1 star also so shameful never take your guests & family you will be embarrassed in front of them. Worst restaurant firstly water served with bore well water (Captain said filter water ) Water was served in oil stink glasses. Veg Manchow Soup was orderd which came after 35 minutes soup came with all moisture in cornflour powders chunks in soup. My wife Orderd Aaloo chaat they served Aaloo Tikki with shezwan chutney from where they have done hotel management god knows. Captain were not paying proper attention on tables everytime I have to call them from service. They were not professional service very very pathetic .

This is the worst experience I’ve ever received from any restaurant. Starting from their securities to their staff & managers are quite too much rude and manner less. Very adamant & careless behaviour with their customers they behave like they do not want customers. They were behaving the same way with almost everyone out there. - Their service: Pathetic - Ambience & Music arrangements: Worst, noisy & neglected - Overall staff: Rude, adamant & careless - Overall cleanliness: 1 Rating - Food: 3 Rating The overall experience is really pathetic to ruin your good moments. Not recommended at all.

WORST. Pathetic service and a weird attitude towards customers. Disgraceful behaviour and no understanding by any staffers. We were invited for a birthday celebration and the food was tasteless, peri peri chicken literally tasted just like spice less chicken kebab. Paneer was no better. Main course again hopeless. Drinks were even worst be it mocktails or cocktails. I have a picture of one LIIT served to me will be adding it. And questioning the waiter they insisted this is LIIT which had no taste and no meaning.

We went on the day of Visarjan and because of no alcohol served, there is no crowed and When we order the food is cold. Naan and roti both are cold and as I mentioned it's a Visarjan day, food served was stale too. I think they pre-heat in microwave and served yesterday left over food. When we complaint to the Manager, he is ignoring and saying, sir it's hot. They think that people come there for booze, so who will think about food and not focusing on to improve food quality and test.

Worst Service Ever – Waiter Ignored Us Intentionally Visited Shivar Garden Restaurant and had the most frustrating experience. A waiter named Pawar deliberately ignored our table despite us calling him multiple times. He served other tables but kept avoiding ours, with zero apology or explanation. Had to ask another staff member just to place an order. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Food was average, but the service ruined the entire visit. Not coming back!

As a local resident, this was my favorite restaurant. Even after seeing numerous 1-star reviews, we didn’t hesitate to try it again after a long time. Unfortunately, it has lost its flavor, and their rigid non-returnable policy is quite disappointing. Additionally, the captain ( Rajesh Khatri ) doesn't seem to care about feedback, which is not the standard of hospitality one would expect.

Very slow service and they are not in need of the customer it looks like the customer are in want of the hotel not value for money they don't even serve you the starts once served you have to take it with your own hand finger bowl is out of the world for them you have to ask twice thrice for it then they bring it you can understand food takes time but finger bowl????? Why does it take time

i have ordered cheese garlic toast and that was terrible, it like only Garlic puts on Toast. i have complaint about this then they replied that they can't do anything for that so we gifted then that food
