Yesterday around 11:30 PM, I went to Shravan Restaurant (2nd branch) with my friend, and it turned out to be a disaster from start to finish. Food: We ordered Veg Jalfrezi and Butter Naan. The menu description clearly says Veg Jalfrezi contains assorted vegetables like mushroom, baby corn, and green peas. What I received was nothing close — just leftover cabbage and capsicum pieces dumped in gravy. It was obvious the kitchen had run out of ingredients and decided to serve whatever was left instead of being honest with the customer. As a chef myself, I can confidently say this was not Veg Jalfrezi. It was a careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful excuse for food. Charging full price for such garbage is cheating customers. Service: The service was equally pathetic. The server, Samar (or Samay), was rude, frustrated, and careless. While serving, he spilled gravy droplets on my shirt and didn’t even apologize. His arrogant behavior made it very clear he doesn’t care about his work or the guests. The captain who took the order was no better — arrogant, disrespectful, and behaving like he was doing us a favor. Instead of basic courtesy, he acted as if the food was free and we should be grateful. My Verdict: • Food was completely misrepresented and tasted horrible. • Service was arrogant, careless, and insulting. • Staff clearly have no training or respect for customers. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Shravan Restaurant is failing badly in both food quality and hospitality. If the owner doesn’t take strict action on staff and kitchen standards, this branch will shut down very soon. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this restaurant. There are plenty of far better options on FC Road where you will be treated with respect and served proper food. Don’t waste your money or mood here — you will only regret it. ⭐ 1/5 — Pathetic food, pathetic staff, pathetic management.

Taste is not good.. Quantity is very less..Service is pathetic.. Ambience is good but too crowdy...not going to attend again and will not refer to anyone as well

Worst restaurant staff is also very rude everything we ordered was extreme sweet service is also very slow .worst experience you people also don’t visit there
