One of the most hygienic and pocket friendly meals I have ever had! The place is well located on Tilak Road in Sadashiv peth and offers a delicious, hygienic and yet pocket friendly meal. The cuisine is Maharashtrian, wherein a Brinjal preparation (वांग्याची भाजी/ बैंगन की सब्जी), chapati, 'varan bhat' and Khichdi/ masala Bhat is served as the main course. No any sweet as such is served with the thali, however the delicious dahi wada is so soothing that it won't make you feel the absence of a desert. Additionally, Paneer bhaji, fried papad and a कोशिंबीर(salad raita) is like a cherry on the cake. The most important thing is you get all of this UNLIMITED at a price of ₹150; Absolutely worth it! The staff is courteous and the service is quick. The only drawbacks that can be mentioned are, the non-availability of toilet (at least I didn't find one) and parking, especially for a four wheeler. Summing up, a very good place and worth a visit.

OVERALL - 7/10 Food - 8/10 Service - 7.5/10 Ambience/Decor - 6/10 VFM - 8.5/10 *THE MERRY QUOTIENT* - The good quality food and warm people. By now you must be aware I am a sucker for thalis ! Which makes me explore different places old and new in the city. Siddhivinayak is a fairly old place in the core city. I visited on a festival, so I had a chance to taste the 'Upwaas' menu too ! The food is no doubt tasty. There's variety, there's flavour, and it's fresh of course. The few thali places that has GOOD CHAPATIS. There's also an option of plain rice and MASALE BHAAT. Sweets are at an added cost. The helpers serving food are warm and inviting. The ambience of the place is so-so and a very simple one. There's only indoor seating. At peak hours, there maybe a small waiting que. The place is fair on the pocket and worth it for the good quality food. @siddhivinayakdininghall

I love Aaaloo chi bhaji (colocasia) and masale bhaat. The only food item I have a problem with is the Dahi wada. it's not made with urad Dall. it's some hard butter (maida) dipped in water and then added to dahi. the taste is good but it's super unhealthy.

The food was bad and smelly and definitely not worth 300 rs for the thali. You can smell the bad oil while eating.

you can just call it a sweet thali. Not good taste at all. You better opt for Asha dining if you are craving for simple MH thali
