Worst taste. Worst delivery. When i order barbeque chicken pizza, pizza was cold, toppings and ketchup in one corner and taste was worst. Out of four pieces of garlic bread with cheese, two pieces where without garlic, just plain bread with cheese. Really not worth spending in Smokin Joe's - Satara Road. Smokin Joes - Satara Road need to improve their quality a lot.

I had ordered 1 veg and 1 non veg sandwich 1 veg and non veg pizza paid full amount but Veg pizza did not come.when i called smoking joes satara road branch he heard only the begining and disconnected the call.after that i called atleast 5 times but no one answered the call..Full money taken but no bill and 1 pizza missing Not expected from such a well known brand

{uid:44870} Satara road branch, Pune. For consecutive second time delivered me half portion of chicken salad which I ordered full. On calling the restaurant they were like we are sorry for that but they are doing same thing with everyone. #dontorder from this branch.

Very slow and poor services by satara road pune smokeinjoes. Item delivered was very cold and toom more than an hour since order accepted. Also didnt deliver complete order. Choco lava cake was missing. Pathetic services and poor management.

Worst pizza ever had..never seen such a beautiful package..i wish i could give (-) not even worth the 1star i'm giving as i dont have option

Pizza preparation was very slow and was out for delivery one hour after placing the order. Pizza was improperly baked, tasted chewy.

Pizza was absolutely tasteless with a hard non- chewable crust. There was hardly any topping omit. Total waste of money

We found cockroache in the pizza we ordered online through zomato. I think their kitchen is very unhygienic
