I traveled with kids and family after making a reservation on Zomato. They did not provide a table. Mentioned that you can't get naan or roti as we have operational issues. After stating that we have paid booking amount the manager Pratik said not his problem. He said humne naan aur roti bechne ke liye restaurant nahi Khola hai. Pratik was so rude he should be kicked out as the manager of the restaurant, he doesn't deserve to be in the service industry. The man might get beaten up by some customer the way he speaks to people. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The chain used to be good and I would've put up with operational issues but employees like Pratik in the Baner branch are sending customers away. Worst experience at any restaurant.

Booked a table from zomato and paid 100 rs charge. Me and my family travelled 20 km to reach spice factory for dinner and there was no roti available. They gave us excuse that there is no chef to make tandoor roti or any other roti . So main course will not be available. The place was empty (no wonder there was no chef )

The food was good at all, the service was also not appropriate, they were not able to provide the entire menu and they were taking alot of time to deliver the food. Half of the food items were not available. It was an worst experience for us.
