The restaurant is good with a beautiful ambience and good food. I didn't like the service as they were not taking orders quickly, the staff was not helping. overall the experience is best but can improve service.

Food is average to good depends on what ordered. Service is very slow, took more than 30 mins to get one drink. Ambiance from indoor is very suffocating and bad.

Visited Spice Factory in Baner recently with a group of friends and honestly, I have mixed feelings about the place. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and the overall vibe is actually really nice. The interiors are well done, lighting looks premium, music was good, and the ambience genuinely gives proper lounge/club vibes. Even the seating arrangement and overall atmosphere felt perfect for a weekend dinner or chill evening. Food quality was also good. Whatever dishes finally arrived tasted nice, presentation was decent, and there’s no major complaint regarding taste. Staff was polite too. But the biggest issue, and the reason I’m writing this review, is the extremely slow service. We placed a very normal order, nothing complicated or special, and still waited more than 30 minutes with no food on the table. Initially we thought maybe it’s peak hours so understandable, but even after repeatedly following up, the order still kept getting delayed. It honestly became frustrating after a point because when you’re hungry and sitting for that long, the whole experience gets spoiled no matter how good the ambience is. A place with such good interiors and decent food should seriously work on kitchen coordination and service timing. People come to relax and enjoy, not keep waiting endlessly for basic orders. Had the service been faster, this could’ve easily been a much better experience overall.

Pizza crust was rock hard, fried were very hard. Lime soda wasn't served cool, fizz from the lime soda was gone. Dishes and drinking cups were dirty. Not at all satisfied with my experience

Very bad service. Food is not at all good. Staff is rude and does not care about customer service. Don’t visit this place if you don’t want to spoil your night
