varieties for starters were v.less, chicken tikka was hard, mutton was undercooked. also the deserts were not something which we would expect.. we have had previously in marriot and have experienced the best but this time it was disappointing.

Welcome drink The welcome drink was quite basic and did not create the sense of an exclusive or premium experience that one would typically expect from Marriott. It would be great to have something more thoughtfully curated and distinctive.2. Table service & guidance We were a group of seven, and once we were seated, I felt that there should have been a dedicated staff member assigned to our table to guide us through the buffet and explain the various cuisines and specialties available. This was noticeably missing. A little more personal attention and guidance would have made the experience much more engaging and comfortable.3. Food variety and quality The pizza selection, in particular, felt quite basic, with limited variety,others too

Food spread was adequate. However, service needs lots of improvement. Food platters were never replenished. Chicken Biryani was served without a single chicken piece in the rice. When this was pointed out to the trainee chef, he brought some boiled chicken pieces and mixed them. Zomato app clearly states buffet prices for Monday to Friday and Saturday to Sunday at different prices. However, at the time of clearing the bill they said prices for Friday are different. They took another 20 minutes to sort out the confusion. Overall not a very pleasant experience.

The food was good especially the salad selection and dessert. However, the seating arrangement was quite cramped, clearly they were trying to forcefully insert /add extra tables creating a claustrophobic ambience, and due to very same reason service was very slow, it was difficult to call the staff in first place then we had to ask for bread, water and bill atleast 4 times. We asked chaat to be served at table which never arrived. We expected more prompt service for the premium price we paid. Prices on zomato and their actual prices vary by a lot so check before
