I had ordered from Spot 11 Enjoy multiple times earlier and the food quality used to be quite good, which is why yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered Murgh Shorba, Chicken Reshmi Kebab. The Murgh Shorba was decent, though nothing exceptional, but the biggest disappointment was the Reshmi Kebab. It honestly felt like poorly prepared boiled chicken that was quickly roasted and served without proper marination. There was barely any salt or spice balance, and the texture and flavor were completely off from what an authentic Reshmi Kebab should taste like. What made it worse was the addition of a sweet caramel-like topping which completely ruined the dish and gave it a very unpleasant taste combination. The preparation felt rushed and careless. I called the restaurant to share feedback, expecting at least some acknowledgment or concern, but the response was disappointing. Since around 50% of the dish had already been consumed while trying to understand the taste, the staff refused replacement. I also requested multiple times to speak with the chef or at least receive a callback later, but that was denied as well, stating the chef was busy. Feedback handling is equally important as food quality. A restaurant should be open to listening to genuine customer concerns, especially from repeat customers. Hoping this was a one-off experience and that the management takes this seriously.

Food was very bland and subpar for the the price charged. Manager was rude. Worst part was that they charged double the mrp for water which is sold at cost at all outlets. Not recommended at all
