Got a chance to visit this outlet of Starbucks a few weeks ago. I was visiting Hinjewadi Phase 3 on a saturday morning for some work a thought of having a coffee at this place since it was enroute. My wife had been longing for their Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and this seemed like a perfect opportunity. This outlet of Starbucks is located in Hinjewadi Phase 2 amid an array of food outlets. Roadside Two wheeler and Four wheeler parking available. It is a small outlet on two levels. The place was almost empty and we chose a table on the first floor. The ambience is really good. Classic starbucks. We ordered their Double Chooclate Chip Frappucinno along with Cappuccino. Both the beverages were really good. The staff is really polite and the service is fast. Good quality and quantity. The prices are standard starbucks prices. Had a really good experience.

I visited the Hinjewadi Starbucks store, where the staff initially redeemed my voucher but informed me that they were unable to validate it. After I contacted district customer care and explained the situation, I was eventually provided the coffee. Later, the district executive confirmed that the voucher had indeed been redeemed at the Hinjewadi store

Had a disappointing experience at the Hinjewadi Starbucks. The staff member named Shree was arrogant and rude throughout the interaction. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional, which is not what you’d expect from a brand known for good service. Hope the management addresses this.
