Starbucks at Koregaon park is best the service the ambiance is just at point I love the way staff greeted me and explained me abt the current district offer that is ongoing, loved the way they smiled and enjoyed serving us, Starbucks is the best!

The new vegan range of food is absolutely scrumptious. I also really appreciate that they continue to uphold social distancing and safety protocol unlike some other restaurants in the area. Well done, Starbucks India!

I visited thus outlet of starbucks for post work coffee with a friend. This outlet of Starbucks is located near North Main Road in Koregaon Park. They have their own two wheeler parking available. This is a cosy little place nestled in a quiet bylane among the hustle bustle of Koregaon Park. It is a medium sized outlet with seating on two levels and their spiral staircase being the centre of attraction. The first floor is a bit cramped for space. We chose to sit on the ground floor indoors. The indoor ambience is good with the wooden decor. The place was had a few people although it was NOT full. We ordered Cappucinno as usual and it was great. The staff is polite. The service is fast. Good quality and quantity. Reasonable prices. A really great place to hangout with your friends over a coffee.

My only major complaint here would be the air conditioning on the ground floor, I visited twice recently (19.06.22 and 06.07.22) and the air conditioning was not working at all. My other concern is the staff below who have to work and operate despite this heat and stuffiness. The upstairs area was far cooler, but adequate plugpoints were not available there. However, the level of service was impeccable. Amol and Burhan in the counter, and Rishikesh who moves around the floor check on everything - this is what makes me choose Starbucks KP.

There was no menu cards, which should had given us exact idea, what we are ordering. As well food was finished they said at 9pm.

I’m usually someone who orders my drinks from Zomato/Swiggy but this time I decided to take a takeaway from the cafe. The Mocha Cookie Crumble Latte tasted quite mediocre compared to what it usually does. I couldn’t get the cookie crumbles nor their flavour. Instead it tasted same to my other drink which was a regular hot chocolate drink. The ganache of the chocolate brownie was delicious but the brownie itself was stale. Very dry and flaky, it didn’t even taste like a brownie. And most disappointing was the Lemon Loaf Cake which didn’t even have the lemon flavour nor the zest that’s usually added. It tasted like a sugar cake defeating the lemon in its name. This isn’t my first time ordering these either items nor my first time visiting here but so far this has been my worst experience in terms of food. Other than that, the hospitality and customer service was rich. They were very warm and welcoming. The barista was friendly and interactive. But all these elements play no worth when the food is below average quality.

Found A long hair in my Chicken salami sandwich and Was surprised to see that they are serving guacamole sandwiches very hot first I canceled it and the second time they served me the cold one but unfortunately it was made hot before came to them I had just a single bite and it was the pathetic guacamole sandwich I have ever had I’ll say again very poor management from Starbucks even though the staff was very polite that made me to pay the bill also there was mosquitoes and small flies were roaming around my plate There is no one perfect in this planet however if you hold such a big name in hospitality and charge us so heavily you should be behaved like the same apart from the coffee there was nothing satisfactory m sorry to say Starbucks pune koregaon park you disappointed me

Extremely rude and stingy about adding ice to their drinks! The lady at the counter Pooja was rude and in spite of having being promised a call and drink replacement the manager has yet to call me back.

I ordered a tiramisu cake and parceled it with me. The cake is spoiled. I had to throw it. It was for a guest. I want a refund. I have a picture I can attach. The cake had a foul smell and was very dry
