Starbucks is my favourite but whenever I go Wakad side I would prefer to go to Phenoix Mall Starbucks store, as the staff is quite welcoming they recommend you which can be best each time you visit and even the service is amazing! Shraddha is very kind and always welcoming with bright smile, they even help you with any offers if they have, ambience is totally aesthetic - it’s my go to shop

Visited this outlet of Starbucks Coffee on my first visit to Phoenix Mall of Millenium. I visited this place for a post lunch coffee on a weekend, sunday afternoon. To my surprise this outlet was almost empty barring a couple of tables. It is a small outlet with indoor seating. The ambience is good. I ordered Cappucinno and it tasted great. The staff is polite and the service is fast. Good quality and quantity. Reasonable prices. A good place to have coffee if you are in Phoenix Mall of Millenium.

ordered a short Mocha Cookie Crumble, thinking it was a cold coffee, but they gave me a hot version that tasted almost like hot chocolate. Next, I had a short latte, which was just average (B1G1 offer). I miss the US quality. worst outlet among all.

I didn't like the lack of cleaniness of the tables. Also when i ordered my coffee, i was not given any options for flavours etc. Some merchandise i wanted to buy was not available

The staffs were not aware of offers on Zomato. They were discouraging me from using Zomato app for payment.

Visited Starbucks pune, wakad mall, first of all, the person handling the bill took 30 mins to take my order as he was unable to understand the order of people standing before me. once i placed an order of short cappucino, i was seated in a moderately decent setting. my order arrived was called out after 30-35 mins, the ceramuc cup was picco, but it contained more foam than actual coffee. there was no coffee flavour but just a subtle hint of coffee and smell of coffee. so disappointed with the service staff Azad and others. would surely spread my disgusting experience around my circle.

I ordered triple chocolate venti but coffee was so iced it was unable to drink it after later they agreed it
