Their food is great and you should try those salads with 1000 island, chilly and barbecue sauces. Their wraps are absolutely awesome 👏. You should try. And if you are going to a movie on top subway, eat from there and then go, you won’t have to pay extra for popcorn also. Their choco-chip cookie looks un-appealing but the taste is awesome but the double chocolate chip cookie is too sweet (in a bad way) but try the choco-chip cookie not TOO SWEET AnD not too bitter. Out of everything they deserve 4.5 star and not have fake 1 star reviews.

Kalyani nagar subway outlet is the worst outlet I have been too! First off their staff is highly unprofessional. They don’t even switch on the AC. We had to ask them to switch it on, that they switched off in like 10 minutes while we were having our subway. Secondly never opt for Tuesday Buy get one offer. This outlet owner seems like a big miser!!! The veggies in our sub were for name sake and the staff is trained to save as much raw materials as possible. It seemed the person who was making our subway was paying from her own pocket for the subway sandwich. If you cannot afford then don’t run an outlet. This place is big no go

THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SALAD. THEY MIXED ALL THE INGRIDIENTS AND BY THE TIME IT WAS DELIVERED ALL OF IT WAS SOGGY . I WAS EXPECTING A CRISP SALAD. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN AS WELL. THE PACKAGING WAS MESSY AND THE SAUCES HAD LEAKED IN THE BAG. ALSO NO FORKS WERE PROVIDED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

Just ordered few veg and non-veg subs but when I received the order, I found no patty/chicken/tuna inside any of the subs. You guys have just mixed the salads & sauces together and mushed it in the bread. I selected bread with cheese, chicken/tuna/paneer (in different subs) but only received salad with sauces inside the bread.

I asked for a drink with my sub , the delivery executive asks for it too, but subway packaging guy says we made a mistake will refund , new guy did it, then doesn’t even initiate refund

The place is filthy. No one bothers to do even basic cleaning. It’s been like that now for at least 6 years that I know of. I don’t think basic cleaning would cost that much!!!!!

Service is really bad and slow.. And taste is worst then any other subway around.. The taste is horrible and pathetic.. Had salad, sub wrap none was good spoiler for the weekend

Bad attitude, the focal said we r asked to give only 3 tomato, no more olives, really bad customer satisfaction... Also veg patty didn't look fresh :( Disappointed :(

Tough to be polite if u have to review these guys.. but here goes. Don't ask for delivery.. they will mess it up .. big time.. one more bad experience at the outlet.

ordered for foot long but received 6 inch sandwich, when at first bite of Aloo patty I realized it is stale patty. Dont fall for this subway.
