The place was short staffed and in general there was chaos in taking the order and serving.

Visited here in March 2025. TL;DR - Poor service, ordinary coffee. If I do visit again, it’ll be only for the fantastic croissants. Very disappointing, not worth the money. Instead Try Beer & Beans which is just 2 shops over on the same floor! We ordered coffee, croissant, and 2 plates of scrambled eggs with sourdough. Typically, one would expect that coffee and croissants would be served together. We got coffee, and then absolutely nothing for the next 15 minutes. I walked over to the cash counter and asked the server to send over the croissant. That took another 10 minutes! My latte was watery and bitter. Disappointing. The sourdough – which one would think is sort of the star of their menu – was inedible! When toasted, the outside was hard like construction material ( think concrete which looks like sourdough !) , the inside was tasteless and chewy. Scrambled eggs- were barely warm when they were served to us. My eggs had salt and pepper on them, my friends’ did not. Server couldn’t care less about it. We had to ask for salt and pepper. Funnily enough, this place doesn’t even have salt and pepper shakers. We were given 2 little bowls with salt and pepper into which we had to put our fingers. Not hygienic at all. Honestly, at the prices this place charges, they can definitely afford to buy salt and pepper shakers! We had to request the server for cutlery, and were given only knives and fork, no spoon. One shouldn’t have to explicitly ask for basics like cutlery. We weren’t served any water. When we gave feedback to the server, she was so expressionless that I honestly wondered if she had heard us or not! The ambience is very neutral and not welcoming at all. Feels like one of those joints at an airport, which is all beige and contemporary and entirely emotionless.
