Taste is good, however the price for thalis is quite expensive (or let’s say it is as expensive as more high end place would fetch). Not clearly mentioned what is limited and what is unlimited in the thali. Waiters are absolutely not interested in serving and guiding the details about the dishes. If the taste was not good I would’ve given 1 or 2 stars only.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! STRAY CATS AROUND WHILE YOU EAT‼️‼️ Went to Sugran Restaurant expecting authentic Maharashtrian food and got the complete opposite. Misal pav was bland with no spice or salt. Vada pav was just okay. Chicken thali was absolutely terrible everything overloaded with salt and completely inedible. On top of that, there was a stray cat constantly around our table, staring and meowing while we were eating. Extremely uncomfortable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Asked for a refund they refused. Said they’d fix the thali and sent it again, but this time the curry was cold. Promised a different thali, didn’t give it. Bad food, bad service, and zero hygiene standards. Avoid this place.

Third class food do not even try it. Also the prices are higher compared to the portion and taste. Stale food even the roadside food is much better than this restaurant. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO VISIT OR ODER ONLINE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

We ordered Gavraan chicken masala and had to make do with some pieces of bones with a small bit of meat in curry. That is all. A waste of money. Avoidable.
