Very famous place in Pune .. good in summers . We can hangout with family and friends . They have many outlets in pune.. i ll request them to open more outlets in mumbai . So i can hangout there anytime . They maintain there taste in each and every outlets .. #thingstodoinsummers #Punefoodie #foodie #desert

Sujata mastani, As the name says it is famous for the "Mastani". A dish native from Pune, which is a combination of thick milkshake and ice cream, and some crushed dry fruits. People like it especially in mango flavor. In Pune, if you like something you say "Mast" so the name "Mastani" came in. The taste and the food served is good, not questionable. The service is quick, serve fresh, tastes good, maintain cleanliness. But there was very little space in the shop. So you need to go out and sit to have your mastani. In rains it's difficult to stand outside and eat. And the costs are also too high. Like I don't know how much it takes to prepare only one dish and you are serving only a bit of that to everyone and that too very costly. No offers, discounts on that place folks. And even the bill is printed on some other name. Don't know why and what they are up to. And they are applying 18% tax on the food provided. How they could do this. Neither the restaurants is AC nor it's inside hotel, club or guest house nor we ordered something made out of COCOA or Chocolate product. This is too much.

Well it’s now a common thing at Sujata Mastani outlets that the customer are on the receiving side of the a irate outburst from the people who run this place. The person who’s photo I have put up over here is someone who doesn’t deter from shouting and making angry faces at the customers. First of all he didn’t listen to my order, then the staff gave me a wrong order. Upon saying that this is not what I ordered, out comes this mans irate streak of talking in rude language. I offered to buy the wrong order and expressed my wish to buy the proper order as well. This didn’t go down well with this man. Finally the order was changed. I really don’t like to write such reviews but then Sujata Mastani staff have a tendency of making customers angry. This is my very last time in Sujata Mastani. Henceforth this place is out of my remit.
