Great food. Amazing service. Ambience? Typical Pune. Visited Sukanta with family (4 adults + 2 kids) — and loved the experience! The staff was super courteous and served with a smile. The food was spot on — homely, flavorful, and served hot. Special shoutout to the gulab jamun and strawberry rabdi — absolute must-haves! The sabzis, dal, and rotis were all fresh and tasty. Ambience isn’t their strong point, but then again… show me a Pune restaurant that’s known for it! 😄 Overall — great place for a hearty, value-for-money family meal. Will be coming back!

If you are looking for an unlimited thali, this is your place to visit. Almost all the dishes included in the thali is just amazing and not to miss to eat as much as you can. Their ambiance is just cherry on top. Their service is something I got very impressed with. Despite dealing with so many people, they take care of serving each one of their customer with same dedication. If you think you can eat a lot or if you like to have so many dishes in your plate, you cannot miss this place. A must visit place in Pune for unlimited feast.

It's a nice place with lots of food. I went for lunch, the food was good and tasty, the food makes you feel content and happy if you have a knack for Indian food. The service is good, there's a person dedicatedly looking over 4-5 tables asking your preferences and as it's unlimited making sure that you get what you want as quickly as possible. Overall it was a good experience.

Thali worth waiting for !! The service was quick like a rocket. The taste of the food was epic. Every food item served on the plate was mouth watering. The portions are also appropriate. Had a wholesome meal outside after a long time. Must visit !!

on their link they have advertised for undhiya but they don't really have that in their menu. so that was a disappointment but food in general was good

It’s affordable - Yes There is variety- Yes Service is quick - Yes But I was so disappointed by the taste of food that was served. I mean that’s the main thing right? The kadhi and the Gujarati dal were too sweet - it felt like I was having a dessert. There was lack of flavour and tanginess in everything. The only thing I liked was the sitaphal rabdi. Only visit if you like average/ below average food.

Visited Sukanta yesterday for lunch with 3 colleagues, and it was nothing short of a health nightmare. Cockroaches were literally crawling on our plates and the table while we were eating. This is not an exaggeration — I have VIDEO PROOF of this. The situation got so bad that one of my colleagues fell sick and vomited whole night . When we immediately brought this to the staff’s attention and showed them the cockroaches, they were completely INDIFFERENT. No apology, no action, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Instead, they chose to ARGUE with us — paying customers who were being served food alongside live cockroaches. This place is a serious health hazard. The hygiene standards are non-existent. If a cockroach infestation on your dining table isn’t enough to warrant a reaction from the staff, it tells you everything about how this establishment is run. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Had the worst experience at Sukanta. There was a cockroach found moving on the table and on the food as well. When we complained it to the staff, they said that they clean this after every 2 days, they didn't know, etc. Also, they didn't clean the table, didn't removed that cockroach also didn't do anything regarding the food. Just refused the complaint. The cockroach came back again and moved on the food. This is so frustrating. We complained again and this time also they refused it and didn't take any action. If cockroach is found on the table and on the food, this can cause severe diseases and if situation on table is like this, their kitchen can be worse than that. Never visit here.

Worst I’ll never recommend this place they just throw food in your plate, it’s like just eat and get out. Staff is rude third class service just cause they’re famous they don’t care anymore.

I would not recommend ppl to come here . We came with an expectation but the food here has no taste also we were forced to take adult thali for a child(8 yrs) who jst wanted to taste the food
