Poor service and extremely disappointing attitude from the waiters and captain. Food was placed on the table without any proper service, and basic items like lemon and onion were brought only after we had finished eating. While we understand there may be an LPG cylinder issue, that does not justify such careless and unprofessional behavior. Customer service should still be a priority. It honestly felt like customers are not valued here, as if we were being served for free rather than paying for a proper dining experience.

The worst service ever felt like they just needed money but didn't need happy customers to visit again I would never recommend anyone to visit. About the staff, personally I felt very ignorable never interested in serving customers and the manager doesn't have empathy if the service is worse and someone is complaining please improve the staff.

The service was awful the staff doesn’t come to take order need to call them multiple times they don’t serve the food and no where the self service board is mentioned we there for bday celebration but staff did not arrange the cake which we bring with us we had to do our own

slow service, no AC then no coordination for place to sit everyone are taking order total mismanagement by manager he is not dressed properly and making facing he required hotel management training all staff required training

If you enjoy self-service and subpar snacks, this is the place for you. I had to chase down the manager just to get an order in, and the food was so disappointing we didn't stay past the starters. A total letdown.

Worst place ever, the staff is very rude and they made us change places 3-4 times, didn't serve food. most of the items listed on menu were not available. Will never recommend anyone to go here!!!

there was many small crocroach in food and drinks, please turn on torch 🔦 of your cellphone and search properly and after enjoy your candle light dinner service was so bad

Manager is so rude. Closing time is 1:30 and they forcefully serve the food before 12. And because of the restaurant behaviour we are having the food outside as they forced
