I recently visited this new shop that offers an amazing array of Bengali flavors. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the overall experience. The staff were not only efficient but incredibly hospitable, making the visit all the more enjoyable. The store itself is clean, maintaining high levels of hygiene, and it’s conveniently located in the new mall. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional packaging for all the products. It not only reflected the quality but also ensured the freshness of the taste. Speaking of taste, it was indeed a delightful experience. The flavors were authentic and fresh, truly capturing the essence of Bengal. In addition to their Bengali specialties, they also offer an assortment of chaat items like panipuri chaat. The only slight drawback was the limited space available for customers to stand or sit, especially when enjoying the chaat items. It would be great to see a bit more space allocated for this, as it would enhance the overall dining experience.

I went to shop after seeing the reviews and thought of buying Fresh… But man how the pathetic experience I had… Shop is clean, Staff is decent but what should be the USP of the shop “MITHAI” was totally disappointing. I took Lengcha, Malai Chop, Kheer Chomchom, Rasogulla, Rasmalai and Breadchop Out of this, All SWEETS WERE HORRIBLE… Like its so bad that I will never myself go or recommend to anyone… All sweets were old stale and such a bad taste… On top of this the Price they charge for this crappy Sweets… Please take my suggestion and avoid this place

I bought 12 pcs of Gulab jamun today, totally disappointed with the taste and quality. Had the same experience with Nolen Gurer Rosogolla. It seems quality is dropping down day by day. Not at all Real Bengal feeling it's completely FAKE BENGAL. No more visits from today onwards.
