This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We were waiting outside for a table for two, and instead of managing things properly, the staff member started forcing us to go inside and “start” there first. He said only after that they would give us an outside table. That made absolutely no sense. We clearly told him we were okay waiting and specifically wanted an outdoor table, but he bluntly refused and said we wouldn’t get one unless we followed his strange condition of sitting inside first. It felt completely unreasonable and honestly quite disrespectful. Good service starts with listening to customers, not forcing them into something they don’t want. This kind of attitude completely ruined the experience before it even began. Definitely not recommended if you expect basic courtesy and proper table management.
